For OEM projects, we can also support OS pre-installation, language settings and basic system configuration according to project requirements.

A: To recommend the right industrial computer, it is helpful to provide the application, required screen size, CPU performance, memory and storage, I/O ports, LAN/COM/CAN requirements, power input, operating system, installation method, working environment and estimated order quantity. If you already have a datasheet or project specification, you can also send it to us for review.

A: Lead time depends on the model, configuration, customization level and material availability. Standard models are usually faster,  usually within 2 weeks.  While customized industrial computers may require more time for confirmation, production and testing. For urgent projects, please share your target delivery schedule in advance so we can check the most practical production plan.
